1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FocusFlow Digital Planner website (the “Site”) and purchasing or downloading our digital products, templates, or resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Site and our services.

2. Permitted Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not engage in any conduct that restricts, inhibits, or impairs any other user’s enjoyment of the Site, nor attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers.

3. Digital Products & Deliverables

FocusFlow provides downloadable digital planners, digital templates, and productivity toolkits. Due to the digital nature of these items:

• Products are delivered electronically in formats such as interactive PDF files or digital downloads.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible devices, software (such as PDF annotation apps), and stylus hardware to utilize the planners.
• No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Purchases & Orders

When placing an order through authorized channels, you agree that all billing information provided is truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in descriptions or pricing, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of digital files, standard policies may restrict returns once access is granted.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All content, visual layouts, designs, typography, brand marks, and digital planner files are the intellectual property of FocusFlow or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon download, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the planners for personal organization. You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, publicly display, or create derivative works for commercial distribution from any FocusFlow product.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site or products may reference or link to third-party software, applications (such as note-taking tools), or external websites. FocusFlow does not own or control these third parties and accepts no liability or responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FocusFlow does not warrant that files will be error-free or uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall FocusFlow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital planners or services.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the updated revision date will be reflected at the top of this document. Continued use of the Site following any posted modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
